The St. Charles Campus Pastor disciples individuals, develops leaders, and mobilizes teams to carry out Element Church’s vision locally. This role partners with Central leadership to implement ministry strategies and cultivate spiritual growth through the weekend experience.

Warrenton Campus Coordinator
The Campus Coordinator supports campus operations by managing systems, schedules, and resources that help people find their place, live out their purpose, and grow in Christ. This role oversees office functions, coordinates services and events, and maintains complete confidentiality.
Discipleship Pastor
The Discipleship Pastor leads Element’s pathway for spiritual growth, guiding Life Groups, Equip, Fresh Start, and new believer engagement so everyone has a clear next step in Christ. This role develops leaders, builds multiplying systems of care, and helps our church know Christ, show Christ, and grow in Christ.
