Please note that in addition to completing the application process, all volunteers must also meet certain requirements before they may begin serving. It is not necessary to wait until all of these requirements are met before completing this application. We encourage you to go ahead and start the process and we will track your progress until all of the requirements are met and you are approved to begin serving.

1. Must regularly attend Element Church.
2. Must be at least 12 years old.
3. Must complete Growth Track and submit Background Check (or Minor Release form for those 12-17 years old).
